• 229 BDT may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Operating multiple accounts from a single device or the same IP address is also prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts may be closed.

3Age Verification & KYC

The minimum age to register with 229 BDT is 18. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 229 BDT may request age verification documents at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement

4Deposits & Payments

229 BDT supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Please provide accurate transaction details when making a deposit.

• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, please contact support within 24 hours.
• 229 BDT charges no deposit fees.

5Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 200,000.

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
